Sidamo coffee region is in Ethiopia’s souther region. Produces trademark heirloom arabica coffee in high altitude fertile soil growth. It yields wines and bright acidity with distinct floral, citrus, berry and chocolate flafor notes. Harvests occur from October to January with most coffee processed using washed method.
