Yirgacheffe coffee region is in Ethiopia’s Gedeo Zone. Strictly high grown ( SHG) which produces dense beans with bright, fruity, and floral flavors. The region covers approximately 62,000 hectars and involves around 43,500 farmers within the Yirgacheffe coffee farmers cooperative union. Utilizes both wet washed and natural sun dried processing methods.
